- We wont derma-plane over inflamed acne, sunburns, cold sores, or deep wrinkles.

After:

- Avoid heat and sun exposure 3 days post treatment; hat, sun, umbrella, and SPF are musts!

A skin resurfacing procedure. A peel will be selected with your specific skin concerns in mind. Chemical Peels can treat skin concerns such as dryness, aging, pigmentation, texture, or acne. If you are new to Chemical Peels, we can start with a light peel, and medical grade home care and then move to more aggressive peels. Most effective in a series every 4 weeks.

Before:

- Avoid exfoliating + using retinol 5-7 days prior to treatment.

- Avoid sun exposure 1-2 weeks prior to treatment.

- We wont perform a chemical peel over sunburns, open lesions, active cold sores, or on those who are pregnant. Some other contraindications may apply depending on past health history.

After:

- Avoid raising your body temperature 2 days post peel.

- Avoid sun exposure 7 days post treatment; hat, sun, umbrella, and SPF are musts!

- Depending on which peel is performed, you may experience flaking or peeling. Do not pick at the peeling skin.

- No exfoliation 7 days post peel, or until peeling has completed.

- Use hydrating products.
